Join Sisterhood Outdoors on the famous James River for a weekend trip catching blue catfish!

We will arrive at the lodge on Friday, April 17th, 2026. Fishing will begin Saturday morning at 7am and finish at 3pm. We will start the morning catching bait for the main event, blue catfish! The James River is known for giant blues and the tidal waters in April will have lots of spawning species we could catch as well!  We will depart Sunday morning after breakfast.

As we are fishing, the guides will be sharing their knowledge on how to target trophy catfish. This will be a catch, photograph, release trip with a friendly competition for biggest fish!

This trip includes two nights of lodging, all fishing gear, snacks, and meals.

Virginia fishing license is required, non resident fresh water license is $8.

Guide tips are not included.
